CoC for safety and EMC became voluntary since 1 Jan 2022. Existing CoCs can be kept until expiry date and marking remains the same.

Serbian Ministry of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications
REGULATIONS
- According to the Rulebook on the radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment (Official Gazette of RS, no. 11/12), the R&TT equipment should apply for the Certificate of conformity for Serbia.
- Serbian mark of conformity consists of three uppercase letters A connected in form of equilateral triangle (3A). Together with the 3A mark, the identification number of the Notified Bodies and the last two digits of the year of issuing Certificates of conformity should be placed.
GUIDELINES
- Submitting the documents and test reports.
- Evaluation reports and other submitted documents by certification experts.
- Issue the Type Approval.

Energy Efficiency
REGULATORY AGENCY
The Serbian Ministry of Energy and Mining
REGULATIONS
According to the Article 41 of the Law on Efficient Use of Energy (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 25/13), product in the scope should apply for Energy label before sale in Serbia.
GUIDELINES
- Submitting the documents and test reports.
- Evaluation reports and other submitted documents by certification experts.
- Issue the Energy Efficiency Label.
APPLICABLE PRODUCT CATEGORIES
Product categories that require mandatory labelling include:
- Air conditioning devices
- Cooling devices with direct sales
- Dishwashers
- Dryer with household drum
- Electronic screens
- Household cooling devices (electric refrigerators, freezers and their combinations)
- Light sources
- Ovens and household nappies
- Space heaters, combined heaters, space heater kits, regulation equipment temperature and solar appliances, combined heater kits, regulation equipment temperature and solar appliance
- Washing machines
- Water heaters, hot water tanks and water heater kits and solar appliances
