REGULATIONS

The Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is the mandatory document required for the customs clearance in the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to certify that all products sold in Azerbaijan comply with the Safety and EMC requirements of the National Certification System.

One AZS LVD CoC and one AZS EMC CoC should be applied for the certain goods.
GUIDELINES
- Certificate of Conformity could be issued on basis of documents submission and testing of samples.
- A local representative is required for the application.

Telecom and Wireless
REGULATORY AGENCY
Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MINCOM)
REGULATIONS
- Rules of certification of telecommunication aids and devices in the Republic of Azerbaijan were confirmed by decision №175 of August 21, 1998 (with additions and changes) by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Telecom and radio equipment are regulated by The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, which includes telecom and radio equipment devices.
GUIDELINES
Documents required for certification of telecommunication facilities and devices:
- Copy of producer’s test-experiment results
- Copy of producer’s certificate of quality
- Source certificate
- Technical passport
- Copy of corresponding document on tax account by tax authorities
- Order form
- Agreement (2 copies).
