In the event of a complaint against our activities, processes our organisations certified by us, or in the event of an appeal, please contact us by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] or send us your submissions by post to the address:

Please always give your name, possibly the name of the subject the complaint/submission concerns, describe the subject of the complaint/submission – its relationship to the certification criteria – standard or standard requirements – or our companies activities or processes. We will initiate an investigation of the matter in question on the basis of your submission and will inform you of the results of this investigation in writing.
