About the online form/application
We process your personal data for the purpose of performing certification within the framework of contractual measures or measures prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1b) GDPR). In individual cases, within the context of examinations performed by TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH, your personal data will be sent to certification and examination bodies (e.g. authorities, accreditation institutes, German Federal Labor Office). As part of commissioned data processing, we employ service providers to perform services within the EU, in particular for the provision, maintenance and upkeep of IT systems. Your personal data is not transmitted to recipients in "third countries", which refers to countries outside the European Union (EU) or to international organizations in third countries. By doing so, you enable visitors to the website to verify the validity of your personal certificate.
This data is published online for as long as the qualification is valid or until you withdraw your consent.
As part of commissioned data processing, we employ service providers to perform services within the EU, in particular for the provision, maintenance and upkeep of IT systems. Your personal data is transmitted to "third countries" within the context of the globally visible publication of the SCR on the Internet.
