AUGUST 2022 - TOYS AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS
On 3 August 2022, the United Kingdom (UK) Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) issued the first notice of the proposal to publish (No. 0063/22)1 new designated standards in support of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/1881)2.
The notice sets out proposals that the following standards are adopted that will give a presumption of conformity with the UK Toys Regulations:
