Our Digital Service Team is part of this drive behind digital innovation. By delivering TÜV SÜD’s services and products, our business units, with their digital talent and expertise, act as incubator for future digital processes and new products. From idea generation, through product development, to building stable operations for digital services, we support in all digital lifecycle stages.
To drive the development of new services and businesses in our customers’ sectors and future markets, we established two Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Munich and Singapore. We are one global team of tech-savvy, creative experts with a digital mindset.

Our team of data scientists, data engineers, solution architects and project managers designs and develops data analytics and AI solutions for the entire TÜV SÜD Group. Together with the respective business units, we work in agile projects to drive operational excellence and enhance our customer-facing services. Accordingly, we are applying data analytics and AI in areas such as document and text analytics, forecasting and automated defect detection.

Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is the future of businesses worldwide, not only for economic growth and profitability but also for social and environmental sustainability. The introduction of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence and IoT) and service concepts to production increases the efficiency, reduces time to market, creates transparency in the supply chain and new business models, and boosts the circular economy.
With our I4.0 assessment, advisory and training services, TÜV SÜD is in a position to generate insights and offer a comprehensive program to our manufacturing clients, starting with SIRI - the Smart Industry Readiness Index and the international standard for industry transformation. We then continue with trainings, business cases and technology roadmaps according to their individual pain points, and ultimately introduce TIC 4.0, such as smart inspection, adaptive safety, or OT cybersecurity.

Together with TÜV SÜD's domain expertise in the area of Building and Lift inspections, we use novel digital methods and technologies to shape the future of inspection services. With our expertise in Software Engineering, Robotics, AI, Data Analytics, Embedded Systems and IoT, we build inspection solutions as a technology-based service. Besides digitizing inspection, we set up the operating model, ensure seamless integration into TÜV SÜD’s existing infrastructure and operations, and run the digital operation.
