LIFTING OPERATIONS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS 1998 (LOLER) INSPECTIONS

If you are a lift owner or someone responsible for the safe operation of a lift, you are a ‘duty holder’ under LOLER. This means that you have a legal responsibility to ensure that the lift is thoroughly examined and that it is safe to use. TÜV SÜD can provide an independent, periodic thorough examination of your Passenger, Goods, Service, Platform and Mobility access equipment. The work will be carried out by an engineer surveyor with relevant LOLER Inspection experience.

SMART LIFTS - Lift Manager

Minimise the lift downtime and maximise the lifetime of the lift components with TÜV SÜD's Smart Lifts, an independent predictive maintenance service. This combines TÜV SÜD's lift domain and digital expertise utilising lift sensors and IoT platform to support your lift operation and maintenance. The service can be used on lifts of any age, brand and model, which includes new and existing lifts in service. You can also use it for a group of lifts with different brands and installation locations.
