The recruiting team and hiring manager will then carefully match your profile with the professional requirements needed for the role. Selection Step One
Our first personal contact is quick and straightforward. Depending on the region, it might be via telephone, MS Teams, Skype or even a chatbot. The recruiting team will ask you some initial questions, perhaps to clarify any open points in your CV, and give you the opportunity to receive further information about the position. Special preparation for this interview is not necessary.
Selection Step Two
An invitation to a personal interview is issued to get to know each other better*. Number of interviews /practical exercises varies depending on position.People at TÜV SÜD stand out because they challenge themselves and others – please use the personal interview to clarify what’s important to you.*Due to COVID-19, we are currently increasingly making use of video calls.
After our recruiters and hiring managers carefully check all results from the documents and interviews, you will receive feedback on the status of your application. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate the application process online, or you can personally give us feedback. We use this feedback to continuously improve our recruitment process.
If both sides are happy, we will send you the written contract. All questions regarding the contractual framework or the details of the agreed conditions will be discussed and clarified with you in advance.
