Multi-Culti: Celebrating Our Cultural Differences

Multi-Culti is a space where employees come together to share and celebrate different cultures. They aim to create opportunities to connect and learn from each other with events like culutural celebrations, themed lunch talks & discussion on working across cultures. Additionally, it helps colleagues who are relocating or adapting to a new work environment by providing insights, support, and a sense of community.

    This is why our global diversity strategy is designed to foster an inclusive work environment for all employees. It is built on two core principles: mobilizing the majority of the workforce and listening to the voices of minorities.
