Our Commitment to our Customers During Brexit Transition

Adding value with our service portfolio

Adding value with our service portfolio

we are committed to Helping our customers throughout the Brexit transition

We are taking active steps to minimize the associated impact and risks for our customers.During this period of uncertainty, we understand that you may be concerned about the validity of your existing EU certificates and the ability of a UK-based Notified Body to issue new certificates post Brexit. You may also be concerned that non-UK based manufacturers will be subjected to a new regulatory and compliance regime and would require certification by a UK-based Certification Body.

UKCA Marking will be used to replace the CE Marking requirements for products being placed on the GB market from January 1, 2021. For most products there is a transitional arrangement for acceptance of CE marking until January 1, 2023 following the announcement of an extension (the exception being marine equipment and medical devices for example which already had longer transition periods which remain unchanged).
