Thomas Maier has 25 years of experience in design, analysis, assessment of safety-critical systems (automotive, avionics, machinery, process industry, renewable energies, appliances).

He is an active member of IEC standardization working groups (Maintenance of IEC 61508, IEC 61800-5-2 1st Ed, Merging of ISO 13849 and IEC 62061, ISO 26262 2nd Ed).
