Theresa Glenna

GMA Senior Project Manager / Sales & Training Specialist, TÜV SÜD America

Possessing more than 14 years of global market access experience and 20 years of experience within the TÜV SÜD America Group, Theresa Glenna is a senior member of the USA based GMA team. She manages global certification projects for TÜV SÜD America customers and acts as a mentor to the USA based GMA team members. Theresa provides assistance not only during the project management phase of the certification process, but is deeply involved in providing upfront support to ensure customers obtain correct information to make informed decisions about which global markets to enter into, and what is involved in doing so. She uses her hands-on experiences to help customers to develop a plan to meet their market access goals.

Theresa has a wide knowledge base for obtaining approvals on various product types, ranging from wireless and information technology equipment to household appliances, machinery, and more. Using her vast knowledge and experience, Theresa works with the global TÜV SÜD GMA network to improve and expand current capabilities, having participated in the last two global meetings held in Shanghai, China.
