France: An updated standard list for Decree No. 95-949 for bunk beds has been published
NOVEMBER 2024 - HARDLINES, TOYS AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS
On 7 November 2024, France published the updated standard list for Decree No. 95-949 for bunk beds in Notice JORF n°0264 du 7 Novembre 20241. The new list below will replace the old one in previous notice.
For compliance to Article 3 of Decree No. 95-949:

Products fulfilling the standards in the previous notice can still be placed on the market for a year from the publish date of this notice and marketed until stocks are exhausted.
