TÜV SÜD and Korea Electronics Technology Research Institute have signed cooperation agreement in the field of software-controlled vehicles

On March 19, TÜV SÜD Korea, and the Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in the field of software-centric vehicles.

TÜV SÜD and Korea Electronics Technology Research Institute have signed cooperation agreement in the field of software-controlled vehiclesThis agreement aims to facilitate cooperation between the two organizations in areas such as software development, certification, type approval, regular technical inspections, and services after approval in the field of software-centric vehicles.

In a statement regarding the agreement, Jung-Wook Seo, Managing Director of TÜV SÜD Korea, said, " TÜV SÜD supports global customers with automotive safety regulations and car testing solutions, including autonomous driving, connected driving technologies, and e-mobility. We look forward to leading the innovation in automotive technology that is evolving towards a software-centric approach through joint research with KETI."

The agreement is expected to lead to various collaborative efforts, including the sharing of expertise and experiences, holding joint conferences, technical seminars, workshops, joint research, knowledge exchange, and the exchange of research and development related information.
