印度India：NCCS 延長 Pro Tem 證書有效期限至兩年

印度國家通訊安全中心（NCCS）於 2025 年 12 月 5 日發布通知，宣布將 Pro Tem 臨時證書的有效期限自原本的六個月延長至兩年。此調整自公告當日起生效，未來所有新核發的 Pro Tem 證書將自動適用兩年有效期。

針對現有即將到期的 Pro Tem 證書，若申請人提出續期申請，NCCS 將根據最初核發日，核發總共兩年有效期的證書，亦即補足剩餘時間，使原始證書自首次發證日起累計有效期達兩年。

本政策將實施一年後進行成效評估，屆時 NCCS 將視產業實際需求與政策效果，決定是否維持、修改或撤銷此延長措施。

India: NCCS Extends Validity of Pro Tem Certificates to Two Years

On December 5, 2025, India’s National Center for Communication Security (NCCS) issued a notification announcing that the validity period of Pro Tem certificates has been extended from six months to two years. This change takes effect immediately.

All Pro Tem certificates issued on or after this date will now be valid for two years. For existing certificates nearing expiration, applicants who submit a renewal request will be granted a new certificate valid for the remaining portion of a two-year period, counted from the original issue date.

NCCS has stated that this policy will be reviewed after one year of implementation to assess its effectiveness and determine whether further adjustments are needed.
