印度 India：MTCTE針對特定電信設備發布專門測試認證標準

印度通訊工程中心（TEC）於2025年6月2日公告針對以下五類電信設備，制定適用於MTCTE臨時證書（provisional certificate）之專門測試要求：

技術與申請規範摘要：

1. 測試報告要求：

• 需提供ILAC認證實驗室出具的EMI/EMC和安全參數測試報告（不接受與印度接壤國家的實驗室）
• 技術參數可以透過 SDOC（自我符合聲明）方式提交。若使用 SDOC 代替測試報告，則該些參數將視為豁免項目，並將核發為期兩年的臨時證書。

2. 報告有效性限制：

• 提交時報告日期不得超過兩年

3. 申請內容須明確列出：

• 該產品之電壓、電流、功率需求，需填入BoM（Bill of Material）並隨申請送交

4. ITSAR規範關聯：

• 一旦該產品類別的 ITSAR（印度通訊安全規範）啟用，需將臨時證書轉換為正式 MTCTE 證書，並補做安全性測試

India: MTCTE Publishes Criteria for Certification of Telecom Equipment with Specialized Test Requirements

On 2 June 2025, the India Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) released new certification criteria for telecom equipment with specialized test requirements under the MTCTE scheme. The affected equipment types include:

Technical & Procedural Requirements:

1. Test Report Submission:

• EMI/EMC and Safety reports must come from ILAC-accredited labs (excluding those in border-sharing countries)
• Technical parameters may be submitted via SDOC (Self-Declaration of Conformity). If SDOC is used in place of test reports, the parameters will be treated as exempted, and a 2-year provisional certificate will be granted

2. Report Validity:

• Test reports must be no older than two years at the time of submission.

3. Application Details:

• The Bill of Materials (BoM) must specify voltage, current, and power requirements

4. ITSAR Integration:

• When ITSARs are notified for relevant products, applicants must convert the provisional certificate into a full MTCTE certificate and perform the necessary security testing
