印度India：NCCS 放寬 EoS/EoL 產品的 ITSAR 符合性要求

印度國家通信安全中心（NCCS）於 2025 年 7 月 30 日發布公告，宣佈對於「停售（EoS）」或「生命週期結束（EoL）」的產品，不再需要提交顯示符合 ITSAR 要求的內部測試報告。申請人現在只需在 MTCTE 平台申請時，聲明 EoS/EoL 日期，並提交一份供應商符合性聲明（SDoC），表明產品符合 ITSAR，即可獲得臨時安全證書。

India: NCCS Eases ITSAR Compliance for EoS/EoL Products

The National Center for Communication Security (NCCS) of India issued a notification on July 30, 2025, announcing the removal of the requirement to submit internal test reports demonstrating conformance to ITSAR for End of Sale (EoS) or End of Life (EoL) products.
Applicants may now obtain a provisional security certificate by declaring the EoS/EoL dates and submitting a Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) indicating compliance with ITSAR as part of their application through the MTCTE portal.
