印度：NCCS公布多項ITSAR標準，涵蓋IoT裝置與電信產品

2025年4月21日，印度國家通信安全中心（National Centre for Communication Security, NCCS）正式公布多項《印度電信安全保證要求》（Indian Telecom Security Assurance Requirements, ITSAR）標準。此次發布的標準涵蓋多類IoT終端設備與關鍵通訊產品，進一步強化設備網路安全與認證要求。

本次公布的 ITSAR 標準包括（不限於）：

• 智慧電表（Smart Energy Meter）
• 智慧攝影機（Smart Camera）
• 車輛追蹤設備（Vehicle Tracking Device）
• 用戶反饋裝置（Feedback Device）
• 分離式5G基站（5G Disaggregated RAN gNodeB）
• 防火牆（Firewall）
• SIM / eUICC模組
• 作業系統（Operating System）
• 加密控制（Cryptographic Controls）

India: NCCS Publishes Multiple ITSARs Covering IoT and Telecom Devices

On April 21, 2025, India’s National Centre for Communication Security (NCCS) officially released multiple Indian Telecom Security Assurance Requirements (ITSARs). The newly published standards cover a wide range of IoT end devices and key telecom equipment, aiming to enhance product-level cybersecurity compliance and assurance.

The following ITSARs were included in this round of publication:

• Smart Energy Meter
• Smart Camera
• Vehicle Tracking Device
• Feedback Device
• 5G Disaggregated RAN gNodeB (5G base station)
• Firewall
• SIM / eUICC Module
• Operating System
• Cryptographic Controls
