印度India：TEC 更新 PON 設備 MTCTE 要求並延長協定測試豁免至 2025 年底
印度電信工程中心（Telecommunication Engineering Centre, TEC）於2025年6月26日發布通知，針對 MTCTE 規範下的 PON（無源光網路）寬頻設備類別，更新文件要求及豁免規定。
主要更新內容如下：
- 針對任一PON介面之協定測試（Protocol Testing）豁免期限，延長至2025年12月31日
- 關於（ALS）或自動電源關閉（APSD）功能的自我符合聲明（Self-Declaration of Conformity），其接受期限亦延長至2025年12月31日
India: TEC Updates MTCTE Requirements for PON Equipment, Extends Protocol Test Exemption Until Dec 2025
On June 26, 2025, the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) of India issued a notification updating the document requirements and exemption policies for the PON (Passive Optical Network) family of broadband equipment under the MTCTE scheme.
Key updates include:
- Extension of the exemption from Protocol Testing for any PON interface until December 31, 2025
- Limitation on the acceptance of Self-Declaration of Conformity by Applicants or OEMs for Automatic Laser Shut-Down (ALS) or Automatic Power Shut-Down (APSD) functions, which will also be valid only until December 31, 2025
