印度India：BEE 要求 S&L 證書持有人年度更新授權經銷名單

2025 年 7 月 30 日，印度能效局（BEE）發布最新通知，要求已獲得 S&L 證書 的製造商或持證人，必須更新其貼標產品的授權分銷商／經銷商／零售商名單。

製造商或持證人需要於每年 4 月 30 日 前完成名單更新，並使用 BEE 規定的名單格式。

India: BEE Requires Annual Update of Authorized Distributor Lists for S&L Certificate Holders

On July 30, 2025, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) of India issued a new notification requiring manufacturers or certificate holders with an S&L certificate to update the list of authorized distributors, dealers, and retailers for their labeled products.

Manufacturers or certificate holders must complete the update by April 30 each year and use the list format prescribed by BEE.
