印度電信工程中心（Telecommunication Engineering Centre, TEC）於 2025 年 10 月 31 日發布編號為 5-5/2024-TC/TEC 的公告，說明針對 MTCTE（Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment）認證流程中部分 LAN Switch 產品所涉技術參數，將暫時免除其測試報告提交要求。
本次豁免措施自即日起生效，有效期至 2026 年 4 月 30 日，或另行公告為止。
主要豁免項目如下：

On October 31, 2025, the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) of India issued Notification No. 5-5/2024-TC/TEC, announcing a temporary exemption from submitting test reports for certain technical parameters required under the Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) scheme, applicable to specific LAN switch products.
This exemption is effective immediately and will remain valid until April 30, 2026, or until further notice.
Summary of Exempted Parameters:
