印度India：BIS 強制註冊標準更新：引入 IS/IEC 62368-1:2023 並將於 2028 年全面取代舊版標準

2025 年 11 月 7 日，印度電子和資訊技術部（MeitY）發布了針對 《電子和資訊技術產品（強制註冊要求）法定命令 S.O. 1248(E), 2021》 的修正案。

根據此次修正，印度標準 IS 13252-1:2010 和 IS 616:2017 已由新版標準 IS/IEC 62368-1:2023 所取代。

上述三項標準將並行適用至 2028 年 11 月 1 日，屆時 IS 13252-1:2010 與 IS 616:2017 將正式廢止。

修正案自 2025 年 11 月 7 日起正式生效。

India: BIS CRS Standards Updated: IS/IEC 62368-1:2023 Introduced to Replace Legacy Standards by 2028

On November 7, 2025, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) of India issued an amendment to the Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order S.O. 1248(E), 2021.

According to the amendment, Indian Standards IS 13252-1:2010 and IS 616:2017 have been replaced by the new standard IS/IEC 62368-1:2023.

All three standards will be in parallel operation until November 1, 2028, after which IS 13252-1:2010 and IS 616:2017 will be officially withdrawn.

The amendment has come into force as of November 7, 2025.
