With prediction, related amendments might come into force in mid-2020 once they get approval. There is no exact date as the period of regulations’ establishment depends on a series regulatory and administrative requirement. But at present, refrigerated cabinets must:

• Meet the current regulation requirements, or
• meet the new regulation requirements voluntarily.

Before amendments come into force, a minimum of 6 months’ notice will be released. It is mandatory for all refrigerated cabinets to meet new requirements once those amended regulations are approved.
