Bratin Roy is the Global Head of Decarbonisation at TÜV SÜD AG, where he leads the organization's worldwide decarbonization and sustainability initiatives across five geographical regions. His expertise spans carbon management, renewable energy, emerging technologies like hydrogen and ammonia, green buildings, and green financing.

Mr. Roy has worked extensively with government bodies, regulators, and private enterprises to advance sustainability goals. He has contributed to multilateral projects in energy, environment, and climate change, and represents TÜV SÜD as a subject matter expert in global technical forums and industry associations. His deep understanding of decarbonization challenges makes him a key voice in shaping climate action and sustainable business practices

He holds an MBA with a major in finance and public system; and a master degree in Environmental Science. Additionally, he completed a post-graduation in industrial safety engineering.

Serving as Vice President at TÜV SÜD Americas, Zach oversees operations of TÜV SÜD's GHG assurance work worldwide. Zach has over 17 years' experience with GHG programs and markets, having conducted hundreds of verifications for offset projects and GHG reporting clients.

He has worked in numerous carbon offset programs across a wide variety of sectors and project types including adipic/nitric acid coal mine methane, forestry, fuel switching, landfills, livestock, manufacturing, ODS destruction, oil/gas and transportation. Zach is an expert in GHG methodologies, quantification, reporting, and verification.

Zach holds a B.S. in Environmental Technology from NC State University and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment.

For over 15 years, Khushboo Oswal has been reshaping how businesses approach sustainability and climate action. As Global Head of TÜV SÜD's Carbon Management Business, she leads climate initiatives worldwide, promoting transparency in greenhouse gas reporting and advancing circular economy practices. With nearly a decade at TÜV SÜD, she has shaped solutions that balance local needs with global standards across both emerging and established markets.

Previously, she held technical and client-facing roles at Taikisha Engineering, Kirloskar Brothers, and WILO Pumps, working across industries such as steel, power, and government infrastructure.

While advancing her career, Khushboo is also strengthening her academic foundation with a Master's in Economics and Public Policy from IIT Kanpur, complementing her background in Production and Mechanical Engineering and certifications in Life Cycle Assessment, GHG Verification, and ISCC Auditing.
