Welcome to TÜV SÜD’s procurement collaboration platform PRINCE for our qualified suppliers.

TÜV SÜD stands for "Add value. Inspire trust." We strive for strong partnerships with our suppliers that support us in our mission as a sustainable technical service provider worldwide. TÜV SÜD is increasingly relying on digital processes, which we offer to our suppliers on our self-service platform PRINCE.
Suppliers collaborate on these platform by keeping their master data up to date, manage certificates, participate in tenders, submit offers, confirm orders and submit invoices.

Qualified suppliers have an existing relationship to TÜV SÜD and a change of status to active suppliers. They get the opportunity to expand common business strategically by TÜV SÜD.

TÜV SÜDs PRINCE stands for PRocurement INvoice ExcellenCE and is the only valid platform to build up a cooperative partnership between TÜV SÜD procurement and suppliers. The platform is hosted by Ivalua. This full-service procurement platform meets all requirements of our value adding supply chain requirements in terms of process efficiency.

We collaborate with all our suppliers via PRINCE - across all commodities.

It starts with onboarding process and continues with classification, participation in tenders, contractual relationships, orders, evaluations and payments.
