Domutech will operate under the name TÜV SÜD in the future. In addition to its proven services, further solutions and packages will be offered in Denmark. The Danish market leader for building inspections, energy performance certificates, and technology-based solutions for real estate was acquired in 2024 by TÜV SÜD, a leading global provider of testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services.
“Also under our new name, we will continue to offer our existing services in the same proven quality,” says Henrik Stordal, CEO of TÜV SÜD Domutech A/S in Denmark. The service in the residential and commercial real estate sector include building inspections, the preparation of energy performance certificates, digital solutions, and technical support for real estate transactions and portfolio management.
TÜV SÜD will further expand the range of Building Life Cycle Services in Denmark. The focus will be on sustainability solutions, such as green building certifications, as well as more classic building services such as construction supervision and advisory services. Henrik Stordal: “We are combining our expertise and experience to develop intelligent product packages and building lifecycle services for the benefit of our customers.”
TÜV SÜD currently employs 210 people in Building Life Cycle Services in Copenhagen and Aarhus. As the company expands its range of services, it plans to increase its workforce and strengthen its nationwide presence in Denmark.
