Course Description

Process management means not only defining and executing processes, but also permanently adapting them to new conditions. This applies both to the individual – operative – process and to the business processes of an organization, which are much more complex.

We speak of a strategic and an operative control loop. The mechanisms in the PDCA cycle can be applied at any level. The exact level of consideration and separation of these levels is important and must not be lost sight of.

In this training, you will learn about the details that you must know in the planning, doing, checking and changing cycle for processes.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my enrollment?
