Process management means not only defining and executing processes, but also permanently adapting them to new conditions. This applies both to the individual – operative – process and to the business processes of an organization, which are much more complex.
We speak of a strategic and an operative control loop. The mechanisms in the PDCA cycle can be applied at any level. The exact level of consideration and separation of these levels is important and must not be lost sight of.
In this training, you will learn about the details that you must know in the planning, doing, checking and changing cycle for processes.

Each video takes you one step further through the PDCA cycle. You will find out what tasks are necessary in each phase and then learn important details on the following cards.

You can familiarize yourself with the topic at any time and anywhere.

You are part of an interactive journey on which you are provided text, graphics, videos, podcasts or chatbots to widen your knowledge. Quizzes give you the opportunity to verify your learning progress.
