Cancellation is free if made more than 30 days before the course start date. Between 15-30 days, a customer receives a refund of 50%. Less than 15 days before the start date, there is no reimbursement. This payment IS NOT considered a credit for any future course. However, changing the name of the registered participant is always possible, if communicated by email to [email protected] before the course start date.
What happens in case of postponement or cancellation of the courses?
TÜV SÜD Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scheduled course by informing the interested parties. We offer transferring participants to future dates first. Only in case the new future doesn’t work, then we reimburse the payment.
If the customer is purchasing directly through the website (self-enrollment), payment is due at check-out and must be made by entering a valid credit card. Invoice is sent after payment is confirmed on a weekly basis. Customer is responsible of providing required billing information.
