Cancellation is free if made greater than 30 days in advance of the course start date. The refund schedule for cancellations is:
Payment IS NOT considered a credit for any future course. However, changing the name of the registered participant is always possible, if communicated by email to [email protected] before the course start date.
TÜV SÜD Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scheduled course by informing the interested parties. We offer transferring participants to future dates first. Only in case the new future doesn’t work, then we reimburse the payment.
Most of our courses require 100% attendance. Otherwise, certification is not valid. There are no make up sessions. If you cannot attend a session, you must contact us immediately.
