The Expert Level training offered by TÜV SÜD Academy prepares prospective Quality Management Auditors comprehensively for their multifaceted responsibilities. The course teaches the essential contents of the auditing standard ISO 19011:2018 – Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems.
Audits conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system by providing valuable insights for optimizing internal processes and, in turn, enhancing the quality of products and services.
The goal of this training is to enable participants to independently audit quality management systems according to ISO 9001:2015. Upon completion, participants meet the ISO 19011:2018 competence requirements for auditors and are qualified to carry out internal and external audits that deliver real value.
Equipped with solid knowledge of audit planning, execution, and follow-up, participants practice evaluating audit findings and gain actionable insights into analyzing audit results, defining and tracking corrective actions, and preparing audit reports.
Strong communication skills enable Quality Management Auditors to handle even critical audit situations with confidence. Through practical role plays and realistic audit simulations, participants gain the confidence needed to perform convincingly as auditors. - Participants with training that covers at least 80% of the topics and instruction hours of the QMB-TÜV program may qualify through a lateral entry exam.
