中國China：發布 GB 44240-2024 - 電能存儲系統用二次鋰電池安全要求

2024 年 7 月 24 日，中國國家標準化管理委員會（SAC）和國家市場監督管理總局（SAMR）發布了強制性國家標準 GB 44240-2024，規定了電能存儲系統中使用的二次鋰電池和電池的安全要求。

電能存儲系統包括：

• 電信
• 中央應急照明和警報系統
• 固定式發動機啟動
• 光伏系統
• 家庭（住宅）能源系統 (HESS)
• 大容量儲能：併網/離網

該標準規定了用於電能存儲系統的二次鋰電池和電池組的安全要求與測試方法，其中鋰電池的額定能量為 100 kWh 及以上，電池組的額定能量為 100 kWh 及以下。該標準不涵蓋鋰電池和電池組的性能與功能特性。

本標準已於 2025 年 8 月 1 日 生效。

China: Issues GB 44240-2024 - Safety Requirements for Secondary Lithium Batteries in Energy Storage Systems

On July 24, 2024, the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the mandatory national standard GB 44240-2024, which specifies the safety requirements for secondary lithium batteries and battery packs used in energy storage systems.

Energy storage systems include:

• Telecommunications
• Central emergency lighting and alarm systems
• Stationary engine starting
• Photovoltaic (PV) systems
• Home Energy Storage Systems (HESS); and
• Large-scale energy storage: on-grid/off-grid

The standard sets forth the safety requirements and test methods for secondary lithium batteries and battery packs used in energy storage systems, where the rated energy of lithium cells is 100 kWh or above, and the rated energy of battery packs is 100 kWh or below. The standard does not cover the performance or functional characteristics of lithium cells and battery packs.

This standard came into effect on August 1, 2025.
