Dirk von Wahl 與中國市場的淵源始於1992年，這段超過三十年的豐富經歷，讓他得以親身見證並深度參與中國市場的快速發展與變革，也使他對當地商業環境、文化脈絡與客戶需求形成了獨到且深刻的理解。

2009年1月，Dirk von Wahl 正式出任TÜV SÜD大中華區總裁兼執行長。憑藉近三十年在中國累積的一線管理與市場經驗，他精準掌握策略性發展契機，有效推動集團營運決策的落實，帶領TÜV SÜD大中華區在中國大陸、香港及台灣地區的業務持續穩健成長。

自2017年7月起，Dirk von Wahl 進一步擔任TÜV SÜD北亞區執行長，全面負責集團在中國、日本及韓國的業務營運。跨區域的管理視野與深厚的中國市場基礎相結合，使他能更有效整合區域資源，推動北亞協同發展。

Dirk von Wahl 擁有德國Technische Hochschule Darmstadt經濟工學碩士學位。

Dirk von Wahl’s connection with the Chinese market dates back to 1992. This journey of more than three decades has given him firsthand experience and deep involvement in the rapid development and transformation of the Chinese market. It has also shaped his unique and nuanced understanding of the local business environment, cultural logic, and customer needs. In January 2009, Dirk von Wahl was appointed President and CEO of TÜV SÜD Greater China. Leveraging nearly 30 years of on-the-ground management and market experience in China, he has been able to identify strategic opportunities and drive the implementation of operational decisions. Under his leadership, TÜV SÜD Greater China has achieved sustained and steady growth across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Since July 2017, Dirk von Wahl has served as CEO of TÜV SÜD North Asia, with overall responsibility for the Group’s operations in China, Japan, and South Korea. By combining cross-regional management perspective with a strong foundation in the Chinese market, he is able to effectively connect regional resources and drive coordinated growth across North Asia. Dirk von Wahl holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt in Germany.

李仲衡(Andrew Lee)作為 TÜV SÜD北亞區財務長，全面負責TÜV SÜD北亞區財務策略規劃與營運管理。自1995年加入TÜV SÜD以來，李仲衡已為集團服務超三十載，憑藉其卓越的財務管理能力與策略遠見，為集團在北亞區的業務拓展及永續發展作出了重要貢獻。

作為集團核心管理團隊成員，李仲衡主導建構了高效的財務管理體系，為TÜV SÜD大中華區超過36,000家客戶提供專業服務支持，客戶涵蓋政府機構、中小型企業及世界500強企業。在策略規劃方面，他深度參與集團重大決策制定，透過優化資源配置與強化風險管控，持續提升集團在北亞市場的核心競爭力。

在產業協同發展方面，李仲衡積極推動TÜV SÜD與產業領導者建立策略合作夥伴關係。他主導並參與多項重大策略合作專案，涵蓋智慧聯網汽車安全、低碳環保等領域，為產業高品質發展注入新動能。此外，李仲衡亦密切關注企業在ESG領域以及產品拓展海外市場的需求，在跨國法規遵循、國際標準接軌及全球供應鏈風險管控等方面提供專業支援與策略協調，協助企業進軍國際市場、提升全球競爭力。

Andrew Lee, as CFO of TÜV SÜD North Asia, is fully responsible for the region's financial strategy planning and operational management. Since joining TÜV SÜD in 1995, Andrew Lee has served the Group for over three decades, making significant contributions to the Group's business expansion and sustainable development in North Asia through his exceptional financial management capabilities and strategic vision. As a core member of the management team, Andrew Lee has led the establishment of an efficient financial management system, providing professional service support to over 36,000 clients of TÜV SÜD Greater China. His client portfolio includes government agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and Fortune Global 500 companies. In the area of strategic planning, he has been deeply involved in the TÜV SÜD North Asia's major decision-making processes, continuously enhancing TÜV SÜD's core competitiveness in the North Asia market by optimizing resource allocation and strengthening risk control. In the field of industrial synergy development, Andrew Lee actively promotes TÜV SÜD to establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders. He has led and participated in numerous major strategic cooperation projects, covering areas such as intelligent connected vehicle safety and low-carbon environmental protection, injecting new momentum into high-quality industry development.
