台灣Taiwan：台灣經濟部修訂冰箱能效標準與檢驗要求，2027年起實施新規
2025年5月19日，台灣經濟部（MOEA）發布公告，針對冰箱最低能效標準、能效等級標示及檢驗要求等內容進行修訂。
本次修訂旨在持續提升冰箱產品的能源效率，並引導產業研發與生產高效能產品。主要修訂內容如下：
- 修訂最低能效標準與能效等級標準（第二條；第五條附錄五）
- 修改能效符合性聲明，新增內容要求製造商表明願意承擔與聲明相關責任（第四條）
- 制定新展示規範，允許製造商在展示或銷售冰箱時，以非說明書的方式披露能效等級，例如將能效標籤貼於最小銷售包裝或產品正面（第六條）
- 明確抽樣檢測結果的判定原則，刪除重複內容並調整部分措辭（第十一條）
本修訂案將自 2027年1月1日 起正式生效。
Taiwan: MOEA Revises Refrigerator Energy Efficiency Standards and Inspection Requirements, Effective 2027
On May 19, 2025, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) announced revisions to various provisions concerning minimum energy efficiency standards, labeling of energy efficiency grades, and inspection requirements for refrigerators.
The revisions aim to continuously improve energy performance of refrigerator products and encourage manufacturers to develop high-efficiency models. Key changes include:
- Revisions to minimum energy efficiency standards and energy grade classifications (Article 2; Appendix 5 of Article 5)
- Amendments to the energy conformity declaration, including language requiring manufacturers to accept responsibility for the accuracy of their declaration (Article 4)
- New disclosure rules, allowing manufacturers to present the energy label on surfaces other than the instruction manual, such as the smallest retail package or the product’s front panel (Article 6)
- Clarification of sampling and inspection result criteria, deletion of redundant content, and refinement of certain wordings (Article 11)
The updated regulations will take effect on January 1, 2027.
