Do you manufacture or sell radio equipment in the EU?

If so, you need to be aware of the most recent Delegated Regulation, 2022/30/EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). The Delegated Regulation is supplemental to directive 2014/53/EU and covers Cybersecurity, Privacy and Protection from Fraud. These new requirements will be mandatory from 1 August 2024.

Manufacturers need to be up to date on these changes and ensure their products are compliant with regulatory requirements. Failure to do so could result in significant penalties.

Our new whitepaper discusses the new delegated regulation, what it means for you, and how you can plan your development to ensure your product is compliant.
