EMC Wireless and Cybersecurity: Update to EU Radio Equipment Directive

Do you manufacture or sell radio equipment in the EU?

If so, you need to be aware of the most recent Delegated Regulation, 2022/30/EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). The Delegated Regulation is supplemental to directive 2014/53/EU and covers Cybersecurity, Privacy and Protection from Fraud. These new requirements will be mandatory from 1 August 2024.

Manufacturers need to be up to date on these changes and ensure their products are compliant with regulatory requirements. Failure to do so could result in significant penalties.
