Dr. Andreas Hauser
Director of Digital Service, TÜV SÜD
Dr. Andreas Hauser holds Engineering Degrees in Shipbuilding and Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Applied Mathematics. He started his career as Research Scientist at Corporate Research of Siemens in Germany and headed thereafter the Siemens central research unit in Singapore. He then joined the technical service provider TÜV SÜD in Singapore to build up new innovative businesses.
As Director, he is now leading the Center of Excellence Digital Service in Singapore, a key unit in TÜV SÜD's digitalization strategy. Besides the development of new services around safety, security and reliability of Autonomous Driving, Smart Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, he is responsible for advisory services around Industry 4.0 to ultimately transform manufacturing companies into smart factories.
