What we do
Every day, millions of people rely on lifts and escalators to move safely through homes, offices, malls, hospitals, schools, and transport spaces. As a Lift & Escalator Inspector with TÜV SÜD, you help make that possible. Our inspectors carry out independent safety inspections, site checks, and statutory testing support to ensure lift and escalator systems are installed, maintained, and operating safely. Working alongside Specialist Professional Engineers and technical specialists, you will help identify risks, verify compliance, and give building owners, operators, and the public greater confidence in the safety of their vertical transport systems. This is more than an inspection role. It is a career where your technical experience directly contributes to public safety, regulatory trust, and the reliability of Singapore’s built environment.
Use your lift experience to take the next step with TÜV SÜD.
