The TÜV SÜD e-Car Cycle (TSECC) puts an additional dimension to the conventional evaluation range (different climate conditions). In the TSECC, electric vehicles have to run at different temperature conditions ranging from 7°C to 35°C (19°F to 95°F). At this extreme condition the vehicle needs additional energy for heating and cooling. The TSECC provides evidence that the electric vehicles also perform well under harsh conditions.
