Quality Management Representative QMB-TÜV – Blended Training “Fast Track” - English
The new “Fast Track” blended training takes you on the fast lane to your recognized QMB certificate. This training program combines a fully flexible self-paced phase (4 to 6 days) with a three-day live online phase.
During the self-study phase, you can engage with TÜV SÜD Academy’s comprehensive and up-to-date QM learning resources – developed according to the latest didactic standards – at your own pace and in any order. These include flashcards, e-learning modules, explainer videos, e-books, and podcasts.
The live online phase, for which you can choose your preferred date upon registration, takes place in a virtual classroom with other learners and experienced TÜV SÜD Academy trainers. It addresses your specific questions from the self-study phase and your professional practice, while also offering the benefit of peer exchange and the expertise of seasoned trainers.
Engaging workshops based on realistic case studies support your learning of all relevant QM topics and ensure an effective link between theoretical knowledge and best practice. The live phase concludes with the QMB examination and the issuance of a recognized certificate.
The new "Fast Track" training for Quality Management Representatives (QMB-TÜV) also includes content from the TÜV SÜD Academy’s established Quality Management Professional (QMF-TÜV) course, providing a solid foundation for a career in quality management.
The QMB Fast Track course imparts essential knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality management standard and enables participants to independently develop and maintain a quality management system. Participants will learn audit methodology and how to prepare their company for a successful certification audit to stay competitive.
Other key topics include documentation, QM tools and methods, measurement and testing, statistical analysis, and performance indicators. Project, process, complaint, and risk management, as well as continuous improvement (CIP), are also thoroughly covered.

- You choose your preferred date for the live phase during the booking process.
- The duration of the self-study phase depends on your individual reading and learning pace. We recommend allocating 4 to 6 days to complete the 55 training units.
- A personal email address is required to register for the training.
- An optional competence certificate from the TÜV SÜD Academy’s Personnel Certification Body can be obtained for this training.
