越南Vietnam：發布第37/2025/QĐ-TTg號決議，啟動新一輪無線電頻譜規劃
越南總理辦公室於2025年10月3日頒布第37/2025/QĐ-TTg號決議，針對全國無線電頻譜資源進行重新規劃。本決議自2025年11月20日起正式生效，旨在支持5G/6G、Wi-Fi 6E/7、衛星網路等未來數位基礎設施與技術應用的發展。
主要變更如下：
- 3,400-3,560 MHz 與 6,425-7,125 MHz 頻段 將用於 IMT（5G/6G）服務
- 600 MHz 頻段 將預留作為行動通訊用途（5G/6G）
- 5,925-6,425 MHz 頻段 將開放用於 Wi-Fi 6E 與 Wi-Fi 7
- 納入 非同步軌道衛星（NGSO）應用，包含 低軌衛星（LEO） 系統
- 放寬 700 / 800 / 900 MHz 等低頻段的使用限制，提高頻譜靈活性
Vietnam: Decision No. 37/2025/QĐ-TTg on National Radio Spectrum Planning
On October 3, 2025, the Office of the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 37/2025/QĐ-TTg, introducing a new national radio frequency spectrum planning policy. The decision took effect on November 20, 2025, and aims to enable the development of future technologies such as 5G/6G, Wi-Fi 6E/7, and next-generation satellite systems.
Key changes include:
- Allocation of the 3,400–3,560 MHz and 6,425–7,125 MHz bands for IMT (5G/6G)
- Reservation of the 600 MHz band for mobile communications (5G/6G)
- Opening of the 5,925–6,425 MHz band for Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7
- Inclusion of non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) services, including low Earth orbit (LEO) systems
- Relaxation of usage restrictions on low frequency bands (700 / 800 / 900 MHz) to enhance spectrum flexibility
