越南：越南發布NR與E-UTRA移動基站設備新技術法規

2024年12月31日，越南資訊與通信部（MIC）發布第20/2024/TT-BTTTT號通知，正式引入適用於多技術NR和E-UTRA移動基站設備的國家技術法規（QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT）。該法規將於2025年2月15日生效。

自2025年2月15日起，QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT 將適用於測試、符合性認證及符合性聲明。此外，自2025年7月1日起，所有進口或在越南生產的NR和E-UTRA多技術移動基站設備，在上市銷售前，必須符合QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT的要求。

Vietnam: MIC issues New Technical Regulation for NR and E-UTRA Mobile Base Stations

On December 31, 2024, The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of Vietnam published Circular No. 20/2024/TT-BTTTT introducing the National Technical Regulation on Multi-Technology NR and E-UTRA Mobile Information Base Station Equipment (QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT). This Circular will come into effect on February 15, 2025.

Starting from February 15, 2025, QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT will be applicable to testing, conformity certification, and conformity declarations. Furthermore, from July 1, 2025, all NR and E-UTRA multi-technology mobile information base station equipment, whether imported into or manufactured in Vietnam, must comply with QCVN 133:2024/BTTTT before being distributed in the market.
