越南：MIC發布QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT 無線設備 SAR 技術規範

2024年12月31日，越南資訊和通信部（MIC）發佈了QCVN134：2024/BTTTT，這是一項關於手持式和穿戴式無線通訊設備比吸收率（SAR）的技術法規。
此規範規定了SAR的限值以及測量方法，適用於輻射功率超過20 mW且與人體距離小於200毫米的手持和穿戴式無線設備。

設備需符合《28/2012/TT-BKHCN號通告》及其修訂要求，並遵循IEC 62209-1528:2020中規定的SAR測量方法以及限制值，如下：

 規範的主要內容：

• 行動電話：需基於符合性認證出具符合性聲明（DoC）。自2026年7月1日起生效。
• 筆記型電腦、平板電腦和DECT無線電話：需基於自我評估和測試結果出具符合性聲明（DoC）。自2027年7月1日起生效。
• 自願適用：自2025年2月15日起，QCVN 134可自願用於測試、認證及符合性聲明相關活動。

Vietnam: MIC issues QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT SAR Regulation for Wireless Devices

On December 31, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) issued QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT, a technical regulation on the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for handheld and body-worn wireless communication devices.

This regulation specifies the SAR limits and measurement methods for handheld and body-worn wireless devices with radiation power exceeding 20 mW and an operating distance of less than 200 mm from the human body.

Devices must comply with the requirements of Circular 28/2012/TT-BKHCN and its amendments and adhere to the SAR measurement methods and limits outlined in IEC 62209-1528:2020 as below:

 Key highlights of the regulation:

• Mobile phones: A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is required based on a certificate of conformity. Effective from July 1, 2026.
• Laptops, tablets, and DECT cordless phones: A Declaration of Conformity is required based on self-assessment and testing results. Effective from July 1, 2027.
• Voluntary application: From February 15, 2025, QCVN 134 can be voluntarily applied in testing, certification, and conformity declaration activities.
