在2025年3月31日，越南科學與技術部（MST）發布了第01/2025/TT-BKHCN號通知，該通知修訂並補充了第08/2021/TT-BTTTT號通知中有關免持有無線電頻率使用許可證的無線電設備清單，以及相關的技術與操作條件。
1. 主要更新內容：
開放6GHz頻段（5925–6425 MHz）：此頻段現已開放給 WLAN/RLAN（無線區域網路）設備使用，須符合特定的技術與操作條件。

此公告將於2025年5月15日起生效。
On March 31, 2025, The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) of Vietnam published Circular No. 01/2025/TT-BKHCN, which amends and supplements Circular 08/2021/TT-BTTTT regarding the list of radio devices exempt from frequency license requirements, along with associated technical and operational conditions.
Key Updates:
1. Opening of the 6GHz Band (5925–6425 MHz): This frequency band is now available for WLAN/RLAN (wireless local area network) equipment under specific technical and operational conditions.
