约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士 （Dr. Johannes Bussmann）

约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士1969年出生于德国奥斯特维克。他毕业于亚琛工业大学航天航空工程专业，并取得了该校燃烧工程专业的工程博士学位。
约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士1998年进入德国曼海姆ABB公司担任产品工程师。1999年，他加入位于德国汉堡的汉莎技术公司产品管理和开发部门担任开发工程师。在汉莎科技公司工作的数年间，约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士先后在德国和新加坡担任过多个高级管理职务，并于2012年9月被任命为汉莎科技公司的执行董事，管理范畴包含人力资源、发动机和VIP服务等有关事务。2015年4月，约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士被正式任命为汉莎科技公司执行董事会的首席执行官。
自2023年1月起，约翰纳斯·布茲曼博士被任命为TÜV南德意志集团管理委员会主席。
Matthias J. Rapp博士（Dr. Matthias J. Rapp）

Matthias J. Rapp博士在1967年出生于施兰贝格（黑森林）。他在科布伦茨商学院，里昂和曼切斯特商学院学习工商管理。从1992年到1995年，他在科布伦茨商学院完成了他的博士学位。
在他1997年跳槽到产业界之前，Matthias J. Rapp在全球管理咨询公司波士顿集团开始他的职业生涯。在那里，他已经在几家著名公司担任了类似于首席财务官的职务，最近的是Webasto SE公司的CFO。Matthias J. Rapp在2013年8月成为TÜV南德意志集团股份公司管理委员会成员。作为德国最大的TÜV组织管理委员会的成员，他主要负责财务、控制、并购、采购、房地产、IT和风险管理方面。
白依山 （Ishan Palit）

白依山于1968年出生于印度孟买。他先后在美国和英国求学，获得美国戴维森学院学士学位，英国伦敦经济学院经济学普通学士学位，以及美国佐治亚南方大学工商管理硕士学位。
白依山于美国跨国集团“Rotary Corporation”——汽车和小型发动机行业供应商开始了他的职业生涯。他于1994年加入TÜV南德意志集团，并且成立了印度业务部门。作为亚太地区首席运营官，亚太地区首席执行官，他主要负责推动TÜV南德意志集团亚太地区业务的成功发展，后升任全球产品服务部门首席执行官。2017年5月，白依山被任命为TÜV南德意志集团首席运营官（COO），主要负责所有业务部门和各个地区的运营与销售工作。
