Vietnam: Application and Implementation of Guideline to Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BTTTT Published

On 29 August 2019, the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications has published a Guideline to the Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BTTTT.

This Guideline confirms that for testing under specified conditions, organisations and individuals may use appropriate declarations in their technical documents including test results from the laboratories which have been recognised in accordance with ISO / IEC 17025 for below technical regulations:

QCVN 28: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 38: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 50: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 51: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 52: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 57: 2018 / BTTTT, QCVN 58: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 59: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 60: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 61: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 62: 2011 / BTTTT, QCVN 67: 2013 / BTTTT, QCVN 68: 2013 / BTTTT, QCVN 107: 2016 / BTTTT and QCVN 108: 2016 / BTTTT

Organisations and individuals may use chassis / flatform test results according to QCVN 63: 2012 / BTTTT (except for requirements related to QCVN 118: 2018 / BTTTT) to make a proper announcement. attributed to DVB-T2 television sets that used the television.

For the declaration of conformity according to QCVN 101: 2016/BTTTT, test results shall be used according to standards IEC 62133: 2012 or newer IEC 62133 version.

For the declaration of conformity according to QCVN 118: 2018 / BTTTT, test / test results shall be used according to CISPR 32: 2015 RLV or CISPR 32 newer version.

The Guideline clarifies that declarations of conformity (DoC) for lithium batteries require test reports from accredited/designated test labs. The trial has been registered with the Ministry of Information and Communications.
