Taiwan: Energy conservation labelling program requirements for hot water dispensers in force

On 26 September 2018, Taiwan's Bureau of Energy issued two Orders on revised energy conservation labelling program requirements regarding warm-hot water fountain machines and chilled-warm-hot water fountain machines.

The revised program applies to water fountain machines that fall into the scope of Standard CNS 3910 - Drinking Water Dispenser or other water fountain machines specified by the central authority. The Order establishes testing methods, energy conservation standards, and labelling requirements. Current labelling requirements are still applicable until the date of revised orders takes effect on 1 September 2019.
