Course Description
International Standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 is an integrated management tool, to enhance performance of an organization and to manage its Quality, Environmental, and Information Security Management responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the success of an organization.
A quality management system - or QMS - according to ISO 9001:2015 focuses on the expectations of customers and other interested parties. It includes all measures for planning, controlling and optimizing processes based on specified requirements. ISO 9001 formulates quality requirements that can be applied across industries and to any type and size of organization. With its process-oriented approach, it forms the reference framework for designing the quality management system individually and in line with requirements.
Benefits
An integrated management system is relevant to any organization because it helps the organization to deal effectively with challenges like limited resources, growing competitiveness, and higher expectations from customers and other interested parties (e.g., government and regulatory bodies) – regardless of its market.
Therefore, if you have many management systems in your organization, or you are planning to deploy new ones, now is an ideal time to consider management system integration in your organization, to improve results and optimize the alignment of management practices.
