Course Description
The Aviation,
Space and Defense (ASD) businesses are experiencing significant
growth and are expected to continue to do so globally. Given the crucial nature
of these businesses, it is important to maintain a high level of quality in all
aspects. This will help with significant enhancements in quality and cost
reduction throughout the value stream. To meet the requirements of both
national and international ASD companies, all links in the supply chain must
implement the standard's requirements and be certified by a third-party
certification body. This ensures a standardized Quality System structure that
meets the needs of customers worldwide. The primary objective of this approach
is to continuously improve supplier performance, particularly in the areas of
product quality and on-time deliveries. Certification also enables suppliers to
stay up-to-date with emerging standards requirements and directly impact the
quality of their customers' products and services. The training is imparted in-line with the AS 9100 standards giving some references to the allied standards viz., AS 9104/AS 9101D/ISO 19011 for understanding.
Benefits
The Aviation, Space, and Defense (ASD) industry requires that companies demand that every link in the supply chain should mandatorily implement the requirements of the AS9100 standard and be certified by a third-party certification body to maintain a uniformed structure of quality. The critical nature of these businesses calls for exceptional levels of quality. This course will focus on providing students with an in-depth understanding of the AS9100 D standard so that they can better understand how AS9100D is designed to help improve quality while reducing inefficiencies.
A TÜV SÜD Academy certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of the course to those who complete the training day.
