Green Compass™ is an environmental sustainability assessment and strategic roadmapping tool designed for these organisations to navigate their environmental sustainability transformation. Organisations can participate in the Green Compass™ Course. The 16-hour course will take participants through a 4-step model: learn, assess, prioritise and plan.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Assess the environmentally sustainability performance of their organisation
• Prioritise areas for improvement based on organisation’s finances and strategic goals
• Develop a roadmap with stepwise improvement steps to achieve organisation’s sustainability goals
Participants will learn through lectures, software, case studies, brainstorming, industry expert sharing, individual and group exercises.

To ensure a good breadth of company knowledge in the room for an effective brainstorming session, we recommend these people to sign up: Operations manager, Strategic program manager (PMO), Sustainability, Facility, QSE manager, Product development manager, Procurement manager, Finance manager, HR manager / Training manager.
Prerequisite:
• Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in any discipline or a minimum of 3 years of related working experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
Green Compass™ was developed in partnership with A*STAR SIMTech and TÜV SÜD. The Green Compass™ Course is led by a group of domain experts from these entities. It will be conducted by SIMTech and TÜV SÜD.
