Matthieu Stein holds a Diplom Ingenieur (TU) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany. Since 2006, he has specialised in the technical assessment and conformity evaluation of machinery in line with European and international regulations.

He is a recognised expert on the new EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230), high-risk machinery conformity, and Notified Body projects. Matthieu leads technical training at TÜV SÜD and represents the organisation at European level.

Diesilva Sagaya specialises in cybersecurity assessment and regulatory compliance for connected and industrial products. He supports manufacturers across a wide range of product testing, cybersecurity assessment, certification, and compliance needs, helping them navigate evolving market requirements and strengthen product trustworthiness.

With deep expertise in cybersecurity for connected technologies, Diesilva leads cybersecurity lab activities and manages assessment projects from planning through to delivery. His key focus areas include EU RED cybersecurity, EN 303 645 for consumer IoT, IEC 62443 auditing and certification, Cyber Resilience Act readiness, industrial cybersecurity, and cybersecurity considerations under the EU AI Act.
