Key takeaway: A verified sustainability claim is not just about compliance; it is about creating tangible business benefits, credibility, and competitive advantage.

Sustainability has become a decisive factor for competitiveness, reputation, and market access across industries. While many companies are eager to showcase their environmental performance, the challenge lies in ensuring that sustainability claims are credible, verifiable, and compliant with regulations.

This webinar, introduces the role of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprinting (PCF) as strategic tools to measure environmental impacts, meet regulatory requirements, and drive informed decision-making. Rather than focusing on technical details or training, the webinar is designed to demonstrate the business relevance of these assessments and why companies across sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, and energy increasingly rely on LCA/PCF, and the risks faced if they do not.

Beyond conducting LCA or PCF studies, the webinar emphasises the importance of critical review, validation, and verification. These steps are often overlooked but are essential to build trust, avoid greenwashing, and unlock benefits such as market differentiation, stakeholder confidence, and compliance with tightening global regulations (e.g., EU Green Claims Directive, CSRD, EU Battery Regulation).

Who would benefit from learning about LCA and PCF?

The webinar is intended for companies that need to strengthen their sustainability positioning, ensure regulatory compliance, and build market trust.

  • Business decision-makers (CEOs, sustainability directors, operations managers, R&D heads) who influence product strategy and compliance.
  • Sustainability and ESG managers responsible for reporting, compliance, and corporate responsibility.
  • Marketing and brand managers who need credible claims to avoid greenwashing risks and strengthen brand trust.
  • Industry professionals in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, and energy, where regulations and customer expectations are rapidly increasing.
